    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in response to the mounting concerns of money laundering, the G7 Summit in Paris established the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) on money laundering commonly referred as FATF in 1989 to develop a coordinated international response. One of the first tasks was to develop forty recommendations in all and nine special recommendations developed later which set out measures national government should take to implement effectively anti-money laundering programmes."
