Why was Elgeyo Marakwet excluded from benefitting from the Last Mile Connectivity yet the county is below 30 per cent in connectivity, especially Marakwet East which is at 8 per cent connectivity? Again, there are over 100 projects whose contracts were awarded but were never done and contractors left site. When will the contractors complete the projects? Thank you."
