    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. Hon. Mulyungi Gideon asked a question on the Last Mile Connectivity Programme. We will work together to ensure that all these public institutions— dispensaries, secondary schools, and primary schools - through the schedule that I promised to send to every Member of Parliament through the Clerk of the House, get adequate budget in the next two years to continue to accelerate our country to where we want it to be. I commend the fact that Members allocate a matching fund, to confirm that this is a critical or very important exercise in powering our economy."
