"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I do not know whether I am privileged or under-privileged to be sitting here. At around 10.43 a.m. in the morning today, I got an alert from the Clerk of the National Assembly indicating that I was listed as number two to ask a question on a matter of 30 permanent employees of the GDC, whose services were terminated, particularly drivers and other staff. I did not get an opportunity to ask that question. Will you allow me to ask my question? I have been waiting here. I have a communication from the Clerk which shows that I was supposed to be the second person to ask a question, but I did not get it in the Order Paper. It is on a critical matter."
