    "content": "If you allow me one more minute on the substantive issue, I just want to confirm that this is not a matter of speculation as Hon. Ichung’wah might be saying. It is true that our security was withdrawn. However, let us just make this distinction: First, the withdrawal of security of a Member of Parliament must be different from the withdrawal of security of those whom the law mandates provision of security. For instance, Hon. Speaker, when you retire, you are entitled to security. This cannot be a matter of discussion by anyone. So, a former Vice- President, former Prime Minister and people of that calibre are by law entitled to security. That cannot be withdrawn and it is not a matter of discretion."
