I wanted to put emphasis that where an Act of Parliament confers a benefit, privilege or whatever it is to an office, that must be respected. I was telling Hon. Ichung’wah that this law that confers the privilege of security to the former Prime Minister, Deputy President and former Hon. Speakers is a Bill that I personally sponsored in this House. I told him I cannot allow, while I sit in this House, to see anybody urinating on it."
