    "content": "Order, Members. This is a classic case of the pot calling the kettle black. Tone down on toxic politics. Conduct yourselves with decorum. You carry an enormous responsibility for 50 million Kenyans, who have given you a rare privilege. It is not your right to be in this House. It is a privilege bestowed upon you by Kenyans. When you come to this House and everywhere you go, remember that you are a public trustee carrying the responsibility for people who cannot come to this House to argue their case. They look to you to ensure that they have peace, they and their families are protected, their properties are protected, and the laws that you pass are obeyed and enforced against offenders in fairness, as it is required under the same laws."
