Members, you will recall that on Thursday, 13th April 2023, I issued a Communication notifying the House that I had received a letter from the Minority Party through the Leader of the Minority Party, Hon. Opiyo Wandayi, de-whipping Hon. Sabina Chege as the Deputy Whip of the Minority Party. I also informed the House that I had received another letter from the Member for Nakuru Town West, Hon. Samuel Arama, seeking the recognition of the Jubilee Party as a parliamentary party within the meaning of the Standing Orders."
