    "content": "Hon. Members, according to the Oxford Learners’ Dictionary, the word “ replace ” means to remove someone or something and put another person or thing in their place. It, therefore, follows that a replacement has two components, that is, the act of removal and the act of substitution which must happen simultaneously. In the current scenario, the Minority Party has conveyed its decision seeking to remove one of its leaders without simultaneously offering a substitution. The letter by the Minority Party only partially meets the express requirements of the Standing Orders."
