It talks of replacement and your letter talks of removal, which is not replacement. Replacement is to take out and put in another as I have said very clearly. Your right to do that has not been taken away and you will not be engaged in analysing here. You can do that out there in the coffee shop but not on the Floor. Analysing and challenging the ruling of the Speaker is not allowed under the Standing Orders. In any case you have said you only heard part of it. I will avail the whole of it to you to read and understand, then you can make your comments or write to me if you wish. The Leader of the Majority Party."
