Speaker’s attention is on matters that touch on decorum here in the House, just like I did. When you recognise students, who ought to be emulating us, it is because we have a tradition and a culture in this House. We are leaders and role models. All you ought to do is to foot thump but not to bang tables. And that is the matter I had wanted to raise about Hon. Babu Owino."
