    "content": "In light of the digitisation of the economy, I have made a commitment with my people that every secondary school will have an equipped and complete Information and Communications Technology (ICT) laboratory within the current five-year term that we started in August. In the new system of junior secondary schools, I will also make sure all have science laboratories so that education becomes an equaliser."
