    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to join my colleagues on this important discussion concerning the NG- CDF. I stand here as a proud Member of Parliament for steering this important Fund to develop our schools and give bursaries to our kids. Some of us were privileged to go to very important boarding schools. We did not have very many schools in those days because the population was very small. The need for education, more infrastructure, more classrooms, and facilities in our education institutions started becoming a problem as the population increased. I stand here to certify that, through the NG-CDF, we have given opportunity to disadvantaged children within our constituencies. We have given orphans, single mothers, and children from very poor families, opportunity to study because of the bursary they get from the NG-CDF. It is through education that we will create equality between the rich and the poor."
