The conclusion or inference is very simple. The harambee spirit was noble at the beginning of this country. However, it lost its meaning along the way. That is why it was upped for the country to initiate the NG-CDF approach that has helped to transform infrastructure. It is able to do everything under the sun. Most water projects, health facilities and economic empowerment programmes in the constituencies were initiated through the NG-CDF."
