    "content": "THAT, on 15th December, 2014, the Transition Authority communicated the resolution to the county governments for implementation. Several counties implemented this resolution, but the County Government of Nyeri has not implemented the same to date. Hence, the petitioner has made efforts to have this matter addressed by the relevant authorities, all of which have failed to give a satisfactory response. The petitioner therefore prays that the Senate intervenes in this matter with a view of recommending to the County Government of Nyeri to implement the resolution as required and compensate the petitioner for the period between 30th June 2015 to date. Hon. Senators, pursuant to Standing Order No. 237, I shall now allow comments, observations or clarifications in relation to the two Petitions, for not more than 30 minutes. Sen.
