The Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Land, Environment and Natural Resources, Sen. Methu, is here. He can handle this issue and ensure those people from that region are compensated. I am a founder of UDA and was a member of the Jubilee Party before. I can confirm that we believe in the capacity of all our Members. Even if you do not see us occupying any seats in this House, we are still more powerful than you can imagine. With those many remarks, I support this Statement and Sen. Githuku."
