    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 28 of the Bill be amended – (a) in the introductory clause by deleting the words “education and” appearing immediately after the words “Every vocational”; (b) in paragraph (a) by deleting the words “education and” appearing immediately after the words “attended the vocational”; (c) in paragraph (b) by deleting the words “education and” appearing immediately after the words “at the vocational”; (d) in paragraph (c) by deleting the words “education and” appearing immediately after the words “at the vocational”; and (e) in paragraph (d) by deleting the words “education and” appearing immediately after the words “of a vocational”."
