    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 29 of the Bill be amended – (a) in subclause (1) by – (i) deleting the introductory clause and substituting therefor the following introductory clause – (1) A vocational training centre shall not employ a centre manager or a trainer unless that person– (ii) deleting the word “principal” appearing immediately after the words “case of a” in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the words “centre manager”; and (iii) inserting the words “Technical and” immediately after the words “trainer under the” in paragraph (a). (b) by deleting subclause (2) and substituting therefor the following new subclauses –"
