    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 31 of the Bill be amended – (a) in subclause (1) by deleting the words “education and” appearing immediately after the words “A vocational”; (b) in subclause (2) by deleting the words “education and” appearing immediately after the words “A vocational”; (c) in subclause (3) by – (i) deleting the words “education and” appearing immediately after the words “training, a vocational” in the introductory clause; (ii) deleting the word “training” appearing immediately after the words “follow the” in paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the word “qualification”; and (d) in subclause (4) by deleting the words “education and” appearing immediately after the words “A vocational”."
