    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 38 of the Bill be amended – (a) in subclause (1) by inserting the words “in consultation with the respective county executive committee members” appearing immediately after the words “The Cabinet Secretary”; and (b) in subclause (2) by – (i) deleting the words “education and” appearing immediately after the words “applying to all vocational” in the introductory clause; (ii) deleting the word “education” appearing immediately after the words “a registered vocational” in paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the word “training”;"
