    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is the Assistant Minsiter in order to continue misleading the House? If you look at the breakdown of the AP recruitment from the NYS, you will realise that some districts have 50 recruits whereas others have got one or none? For example, Samburu has only four. Is it justified to continue recruiting AP recruits from NYS instead of getting them directly from the districts? This is unfair to some districts."
