    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply that the Senate adopts the report of the Standing Committee on Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations on a Statement sought on the relocation of national Government administrative services from Chuka town to Kathwana county headquarters, Tharaka-Nithi County, laid on the Table of the Senate on Wednesday 19th April, 2023. As I earlier said, we need to move fast on this issue and the Report must be implemented; the Committee recommended formed, so that they can move fast and the people of Tharaka-Nithi County can get services. With those few remarks, I beg to reply."
