    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I was rising on Standing Order No.105 (1) that speaks to the accuracy of what a Senator states. A Statement has been sought this afternoon, about the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) matter. The Senator said that the Committee should establish actions that are being taken against the people responsible. In terms of accuracy, is this matter not overtaken by events? The President has already taken action. He has sacked the Principal Secretary (PS) and disbanded the Board. Unless we want the Committee to go and behave as if they are carrying out a human post- mortem, this is a matter which has since rested. Is it worthwhile for this Statement to see the light of the day? It has already been overtaken by events."
