Beth Syengo is part of the people questioning the Finance Bill 2023. How can we get the money if you do not allow us to pass the Bill to get the money to appropriate this board? We have said that the house levy fund is only at three per cent of the basic salary. A figure of Kshs2,500 will be deducted from the high-income earners.
