    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, sometimes you sit in this House and hear things that make you wonder where commonsense went in this country. I mean, we should just go back to commonsense. How is it that you can build a hospital next to a university that teaches medicine, when the hospital was intended to help in the advancement of medical studies, then you give a legal notice saying that the hospital cannot be utilized by students of that same university to study the same thing which the hospital was built for? Honestly, as a country, we need to again find commonsense in governance. There are many things you hear and they just do not make any sense. I would be interested once this Petition is committed to the relevant Committee. I would want to share in that wisdom with the Cabinet Secretary responsible for Health, or whoever is responsible. From where I sit, and based on the facts that have been read to me, and what Sen. Osotsi has submitted on the Floor, there is absolutely no reason institutions that operate door to door, or in a symbiotic relationship like Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale has said, would not exist."
