    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for the opportunity. I also want to add my voice to those who have spoken on this Petition. It is sad that the matter is taking long when, in my view, it should have been done long time ago. It was already conversed in the National Assembly and it is coming to the Senate more than a year later. It means that there is some laxity somewhere. I hope Sen. Cheruiyot and Sen. Cherarkey, who is always fast, will instead of increasing prices of things like fuel, take up this matter and deal with it before it takes too long because students are suffering."
