At no time has an official or an officer from the Government, or the relevant Ministries, been made liable for these mistakes. Remember the reason I was bringing the issues of IDPs was that a number of them have legal documents that has been given to them by the Government. They have the title deeds issued to them by the Government. Nonetheless, they are on the streets after being evicted by the same Government."
