    "content": " Hon. Senators, pursuant to Standing Order No. 238 (1), the Petition by Hon. Mariam Omar should be committed to the relevant Standing Committee for its consideration. In this case, I direct that the Petition be committed to the Standing Committee on Lands, Environment and Natural Resources with an option to co opt with the Committee on Energy. In terms of Standing Order No. 238 (2), the committee is required in not more than 60 calendar days from the time of reading this prayer, to respond to the petitioner by way of a report addressed to the petitioner and laid on the Table of the Senate."
