When you hear someone saying shouting “point of order”, you just think it is something negative. I could not do it – what term do I use – when the substantive Speaker was now committing the Petitions to the Committee. It was also problematic when I tried to raise it when you were calling the next Order because you asked me to wait for the Minority Whip to finish and by that time, matters had already progressed."
