    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53 (1), to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations regarding the registration of persons in West Pokot County. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) Indicate plans, if any, by the Government to establish National Registration Bureau offices in all the sub-counties of West Pokot County. (2) State measures in place to enhance access to services such as National Identification cards, among other services offered by the National Registration Bureau by residents of the County. Thank you."
