    "content": "May I know from the Cabinet Secretary what the Ministry is doing to make counties and local areas aware of what minerals they have in their areas. Some of them, because of illiteracy and lack of many situations that would make them aware or give them capacity to be aware of what they have, cannot know what exactly they have. Therefore, giving an opportunity to advantage people who come and exploit the locals because of the fact that they are not aware."
