    "content": "When we come to the police officers, as representatives of the people and counties, they have no voice. In case you did not know, Article 24 of our Constitution actually limits the rights of police officers and our defence officers from participating in certain rights. These rights include the right to privacy, freedom of association, assembly, demonstration, picketing, petitioning, labour relations and even the economic and social cultural rights."
