"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to support the Motion by the Senate Majority Whip. I do second. It would have been my wish in this House that our colleague, non-other than Sen. Lomenen would have been in this House. From where I sit, it is a very big privilege to have an opportunity to visit Turkana County. Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I support and second this Motion, allow me to state that we, as leaders, felt that it is high time we do it differently by coming out of the city and going to mashinani to interact with the people of Turkana County and see the resources that are in place. It is through this that we embrace devolution and the county issues that we keep embracing each other and every time. With those few remarks, I do second."
