    "content": "Mr. Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move: - THAT Clause 6 of the Bill be amended - (a) in sub-clause (1) by – (i) deleting the word “Commission” appearing immediately after the word “The” and substituting therefor the word “Authority”; and (ii) inserting the words “and upon conducting public participation” immediately after the words “national government entities”; (b) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the words “payments or benefit sharing” appearing immediately after the words “the royalty, fees,” and substituting therefor the words “or payments”; and (c) in sub-clause (4) by - (i) deleting the word “Commission” appearing immediately after the word “The” and substituting therefor the word “Authority”; and"
