    "content": "Mr. Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move: THAT clause 8 of the Bill be amended - (a) by deleting subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new subclause - (1) The revenue collected under this Act shall, subject to subsection (3), be shared between the National Government and respective county governments in the ratio of sixty per cent to the National Government and forty per cent to the county governments."
