    "content": "Mr. Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move: THAT clause 10 of the Bill be amended – (a) in subclause (2) by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph (b) - (b) the county executive committee member responsible for matters relating to natural resources; (b) in subclause (3) by inserting the words “be appointed by the county governor and” immediately after the words “subsection (2)(d) shall”; and (c) by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (5) - (5A) The county chief officer responsible for matters relating natural resources shall serve as the secretary to the County Benefit Sharing Committee."
