    "content": "(b) manage, control and administer the assets of the Authority in such manner and for such purposes as best promote the purposes for which the Authority is established; (c) receive any gifts, grants, donations or endowments made to the Authority or any other monies in respect of the Authority and make disbursements therefrom in accordance with the provisions of this Act; (d) require from any person such information as it considers necessary for the performance of its functions under this Act; and (e) open and operate a bank account for the funds of the Authority into which all moneys received by the Authority shall be paid in the first instance and out of which all payments made by the Authority shall be made."
