    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I appreciate the thinking, but it is skewed. I was elected by 285,000 people of Siaya County. These are people who are appointed and on issues of appointment, you do not give people so much leeway if they get convicted. I have been a civil servant and once you are convicted for a criminal offence, you do not continue to serve as a civil servant. You do not serve a sentence of three months and come back to continue to serve in a Board. That is not right."
