    "content": "(1) The common seal of the Authority shall be kept in the Authority. custody of the Director-General or such other person as the Board may direct and shall not be used except with the express authority and direction of the Board. (2) The common seal of the Authority shall be authenticated by the signature of the chairperson and the Director-General of the Board or in the absence of either person, such other member of the Board who shall be designated by the Board for that purpose. (3) The common seal of the Authority shall, when affixed to a document and authenticated, be judicially and officially noticed and unless the contrary is proved, any order or authorization by the Board under this section shall be presumed to have been duly given."
