    "content": "(b) to the President and Parliament, an annual report in respect of that year containing— (i) the financial statements of the Authority including— (A) a statement of the income and expenditure of the Authority during that year; and (B) a statement of the assets and liabilities of the Authority as at the last day of that financial year; (ii) a list of institutions contributing to benefit sharing under this Act, the proportion of benefit and the local community that benefited; (iii)the total sums contributed towards benefit sharing and its distribution; (iv) the progress made in the implementation of the Authority’s functions; and (v) any other information that the Authority may consider necessary."
