    "content": "Amendment to section 21. Section 85 of the Energy Act is amended by— 85 of Act No. 1 of 2019. (a) deleting subsection (3) and substituting therefor the following new subsection (3)— (3) The royalty received by the National Government under this section shall be paid into the National Treasury and apportioned in accordance with section 8 of the Natural Resources (Benefit Sharing) Act."
