    "content": "(1) A member of the Board who has a direct or indirect interest. personal interest in any matter being considered or to be considered by the Board shall, upon the relevant facts concerning the matter having come to their knowledge, disclose the nature of their interest to the Board. (2) A disclosure of interest made by a member of the Board under subparagraph (1) shall be recorded in the minutes of the meeting of the Board and the member shall not, unless the Board otherwise determines— (a) be present during the deliberation on the matter by the Board; or (b) take part in the decision of the Board on the matter. (3) A member of the Board who makes a disclosure under subparagraph (1) shall not— (a) be present in the meeting of the Board held to determine whether or not the member should take part in the deliberations or decision of the Board in relation to the matter; (b) influence any other member of the Board in arriving at a particular decision in relation to the matter. (4) A member or staff of the Authority shall not transact any business or trade with the Authority."
