    "content": "THAT Clause 2 of the Bill be amended by— a) deleting the definitions of the terms— (i) Commission; (ii) fund; (iii) futures fund; (iv) natural resources fund; and (v) sovereign wealth fund; b) inserting the following new definitions in the proper alphabetical sequence— “Authority” means the Benefit Sharing Authority established under section 5; “Board” means Board of the Benefit Sharing Authority constituted under section 5B; and “Director-General” means Director-General of the Benefit Sharing Authority appointed under section 5K (1)."
