    "content": "I rise, pursuant to Standing Order No. 53 (1), to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Labor and Social Welfare, on the increasing cases of Gender Based Violence (GBV) against men. In the Statement, the Committee should – (1) List the public hospitals and police stations with GBV desks dedicated to men and boys. (2) State the measures in place to scale up public awareness campaigns on GBV, particularly those targeted at men and boys. (3) Explain what the Government is doing to ensure male victims get proper attention and care, as is the case with female victims. (4) Highlight the steps the Government is taking to prevent GBV against men. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank you."
