In our case as we were creating Cabinet positions or struggling to put the country together after the post-election violence, necessity became the mother of wastage, confusion and exaggeration. I think we all now appreciate that we have a very bloated Government and costly Executive. We are operating instruments that really take their toll on the tax payer."
