"content": "Parliament steal from NG-CDF. I believe there is no sane Member of Parliament who can steal from NG-CDF. As Hon. Baya has mentioned, some constituencies that have been marginalised over the years have really benefited from NG-CDF. I hope very soon this House will revise the amount allocated to NG-CDF. The only development you can see in our constituencies is because of what NG-CDF does. The Fund is a classic example of what devolved funds can do. Even as we grapple with non-release of funds this year, we should add more money to the Fund. Marginalisation is real in this country. In some constituencies, marginalisation has even been devolved. That is why you hear people like the Kuria asking for their own county. Even Laikipia North would like to have its own county. There is no single constituency in this country that is not benefiting from NG-CDF. We should increase the amount of money allocated to the Fund. I urge my colleagues to be very diligent on how they use the funds. Places like Tiaty should build more schools for more children to attend so that we do not produce bandits year-in, year-out. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
