"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, it is completely embarrassing for a Minister in charge of basic education, in the presence of children in the Public Galleries, to display total ignorance on the Floor of the House. I have no apologies to make for people who do not prepare themselves. We train our children to be educated, to do their homework and research, so that when we come to the Floor of the House or any other undertakings, we do it with the kind of candid commitment and authority as the Minister for Public Works here, a man I respect completely. I agree with him completely, part of the reason why we want to trim this Cabinet is so that sloganeering by a Government of â haki bora â--- What is the slogan, Waziri? That it is your right to be served properly."
