For the third time, I beg to ask the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance the following Question by Private Notice. Could the Minister clarify whether he has allocated Kshs.100 million (or any amount at all) in the 2009/2010 Financial Year for disbursement to Nominated Members of Parliament and if so, explain the purpose for the allocation, state under which Vote and provide the legal justification for such allocation?"
