    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have no doubt that the 12 nominated Members of Parliament, when they are given these funds, will handle them in the same manner that we handle the CDF. However, it is important, so that we do not confuse Kenyans who will be waiting to draw from these funds - that the Minister tables in this House a list showing the nominated Member plus the interest group they represent.
