    "content": "Members of Parliament should come out in one strong voice and say that we cannot go on with any Bill until this money is disbursed. The money helps our people. If we do not get it, the position of a Member of Parliament is in limbo, and is under threat because we cannot be sure that wananchi will feel we have done any work for them. The work we do for the people directly is what we do with the NG-CDF. It is important the money is given to us so that we can be productive in line with the promises we made to those who elected us.
